A product coach helps individuals or teams optimize their product development process by providing guidance, feedback, and strategies to enhance product quality, user experience, and overall success. They offer expert support in areas such as product strategy, ideation, validation, roadmapping, and agile methodologies to help clients achieve their product goals effectively.

How does a typical engagement work?

We are flexible based on client needs, but we typically work in one of three ways.

For clients that have ongoing needs spanning a few months or more we will dedicate a portion of our time each week in exchange for a monthly retainer. 

For clients that have a specific objective and timeline we will work on a project basis.

For client looking for a half-, full-, or multi-day deep-dive on specific topics, goal setting session or process coaching we offer a daily rate, on-site or remote.
